The second in a middle-grade horror series that delivers hair-raising chills and nonstop thrills—perfect for Goosebumps fans.
The Shiver Squad is back in action when a creepy-looking scarecrow appears in the abandoned Darkraven Farm—and starts to come alive at night. As they investigate, one thing becomes clear: Shiver Point is in grave danger again.
As the scarecrow creeps closer to town, Riley is determined to protect her grandad. Using her remarkable engineering skills—and with the gang’s help—she builds a robot to defeat the monster before it unleashes terror in their community. Will Riley’s plan work? And will they save the day once more?
Praise for A Tap At the Window (Shiver Point)
"While the friendships among the characters, who were cued multiracial in the series opener, are a highlight, the central mystery is pleasantly compelling and creepy. Solidly spooky, with plenty of action to keep the momentum up."—Kirkus Reviews
